Use of Cookies
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text strings stored on your personal computer when you visit certain pages on the internet.
To order products on the Eclair Srls website, cookies must be enabled. If you do not wish to accept cookies, you can still browse the website and use it for research purposes. Cookies are enabled in most browsers, and at the bottom of the page you will find the information you need to change your browser's cookie settings.
Cookies, therefore, do not collect information that directly identifies the user. In fact, Eclair Srls cannot use cookies to trace any directly identifiable personal information (e.g., name, surname) unless provided directly by the user. Furthermore, it is important to note that another website cannot use a cookie issued by the Eclair Srls website to access other information stored on the user's computer. Once saved on the computer, the cookie can only be read by the website that created it.
The cookie allows the Site to identify the user's PC, through the information stored in it, each time the user reconnects to the Site via that PC.
Through the use of cookies, it is possible to facilitate the user's navigation within the Site.
Eclair Srls, therefore, reserves the right to use cookies, unless the user expressly objects, where required by law or applicable regulations, to facilitate navigation on the site and personalize the information that appears.
To this end, Eclair Srls reserves the right to use similar systems to collect information about site users, such as IP addresses, browser types, and operating systems, and/or web pages visited by users, for statistical or security purposes. Eclair Srls may collect this information to track site usage and improve certain aspects of the site.
Cookies are not harmful to your computer, tablet, or smartphone. In fact, the cookies generated by Eclair Srls do not store any personally identifiable information, such as credit card details, but only encrypted information collected to improve your browsing experience on the site. For example, cookies are useful for identifying and resolving errors, or for determining relevant related products to show you while browsing, allowing you to navigate between pages efficiently, and remembering your preferences.
Navigation cookies
These cookies are essential to allow the user to move around the site and use its features, such as accessing restricted areas of the website. Without cookies, requested services, such as online purchases, cannot be provided.
Strictly necessary cookies are used to store a unique identifier to manage and identify the user, compared to other users visiting the site at that time, in order to provide the user with a consistent and precise service.
Performance cookies
These cookies may be from Eclair Srls or one of its partners, session or persistent, and their use is limited to the performance and improvement of the website. These cookies do not collect information that can identify the user. All information collected by these cookies is aggregated anonymously and used only to improve the functionality of the website.
Functional cookies
Cookies are usually created as a result of a user action, but they can also be implemented to provide a service not explicitly requested but offered to the user. They can also be used to prevent a previously offered and rejected service from being offered again to that user. Furthermore, these cookies allow the site to remember the user's choices (such as username, language, country of origin, etc.). The information collected by these cookies is anonymous and cannot track user behavior on other sites.
Third-party cookies for marketing/retargeting
These cookies may be used by Eclair Srls' partners to display Eclair Srls advertising banners when the user is on other websites, displaying the latest products viewed on the site. While the user browses the Eclair Srls website, these cookies are also used to display products that may be of interest to the user or similar to those previously viewed, based on the user's browsing history. The use of these cookies does not imply the processing of personal data, but may allow the user to connect to their personal computer or other devices and track the stored data: the cookies connect to the browser installed on the personal computer or other devices used while browsing the Eclair Srls website.
What cookies does Eclair Srls use?
Temporary cookies
These are so-called "session cookies" and are released by the Site on the user's computer during browsing, but are stored only for the duration of the browsing session. This means that when the user closes their browser, the cookies are automatically deleted and disappear, without being stored on the computer. These cookies can facilitate the user's navigation within the Site, for example by remembering the data provided by the user when filling out forms on the Site (so-called user input cookies), recognizing the user after logging in to the Site (so-called authentication cookies), customizing the site interface based on the preferences indicated by the user, etc.
These cookies do not require the user's prior express consent as they are strictly necessary to provide the service requested by the Site user (pursuant to Article 122, paragraph 1, of the Code).
Permanent cookies
These are cookies released by the Site on the user's computer during browsing, but are also stored for the duration of the browsing session itself, until they expire or until they are deleted by the user.
The use of these cookies requires the express and informed consent of the user (pursuant to Article 122, paragraph 1, of the Code); by registering on the site, the user consents to the activation of such cookies, through the information provided in this document. Please note that by accessing the Eclair Srls website's home page, viewing the information banner relating to the cookies present therein, and reading the information provided, the user therefore provides his or her specific consent to the use of cookies. Configuring your Internet browser (e.g., Explorer, Firefox, Chrome) to accept the use of cookies is also considered valid consent (pursuant to Article 122, paragraph 2, of the Code).
Furthermore, if the user registers on the Site and provides his or her specific consent to monitoring his or her browsing, the data relating to his or her browsing on the Site may be associated with his or her personal data.

How can I disable cookies?
Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can choose not to accept them. We recommend that you do not disable this function, as this may prevent you from moving freely from page to page and from enjoying all the features of the site. If you do not want your computer to receive and store cookies, you can change the security settings of your browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari, etc.). In any case, certain parts of Eclair Srls can only be used to their full extent if your browser accepts cookies; otherwise, you will not be able, for example, to add products to your cart and purchase them. Therefore, your choice to remove and not accept cookies may negatively impact your experience on the site.
